Sitting in the shadows you may feel the deep emotions trying to express themselves for they are ready to be released for they may have served a purpose at some point but no longer hold true to who you are as your soul is ready for the truth to set you free.
As the past is surfacing believe it is for a reason, for letting the past to have any power over you will keep you there repeating from an unconscious state. Allow it to surface and feel the emotions, you have the power to set them free, as you acknowledge them create the energy to release them now with your intent.
You may have a deep resonance to what it is that unconsciously you keep repeating, and if you don’t then now is a perfect time to allow yourself to go deep into your psyche with an intent to know and be the detective to discover the truth of the underlying cause. Seek out an energy healer to assist in going deep to dissolve any energy that may be still lingering that needs releasing, let it all go now before the new moon to allow for a new and fresh start.
We are the creators of our lives and we have the power within us to create the lives with our true feelings from our heart and our soul’s truth. Take some time to connect to spirit through gazing into sacred symbols or mandalas, spending time out in nature or creating art and allow your creative spark to come out to be seen.
Have an awareness of any surfacing feelings of revenge or controlling others as any hidden emotions may come up take back your power and know that it is coming from feeling powerless.
